HOTEL POLICY

Check in time is 4pm, Check out is 11am.

The guest arriving must present his/her credit card along with a valid ID that matches the reservation. If the room and/or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay to complete a credit card authorization form. One adult guest at least 18 years of age must be registered with your party to check in. A $50 per night security deposit for incidental charges will be held upon check-in on your card.

Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type, the hotel charges an additional fee of $15 per night.

Old Santa Fe Inn is a 100% non-smoking free property. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms without exception. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee that will be charged to your guest room.

Limited parking for compact vehicles and pick-up trucks.


CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:

Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.

You can receive a full refund up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. This excludes holidays and events when special rules apply.

After check-in, an early departure fee of $20.00 will be charged for every night you cancel.


LATE CHECKOUT POLICY:

Our daily checkout time is 11 am. You may request a later checkout at any time during your stay by contacting our full service concierge desk. Late checkout requests are not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.


PET POLICY:

The hotel is pet friendly, dogs and cats are allowed, there is a $30 nightly fee to keep a pet(s) in your guest room.

The hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in the room provided that your pet is 50 lbs or less, fully trained, appropriately restrained by you, and complies with the local legislation requirements.

Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in your room.

We require that each pet has a kennel, in case of an emergency.

Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room.

Pets are not allowed in any food & beverage outlets.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.

Please contact our Housekeeping department at extension 0 to arrange for a convenient time to service your room. We will not attempt to service the room if the owner is not present and the pet is in the room.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account commensurate to the cost of such damages.

Select rooms only. Book a pet friendly room to avoid an additional $250 fee. Ensure your room falls under the "Pet FLY" category when booking.
