Reservations Policies

CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:

If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. This excludes holidays and events when special rules apply. Please click here for a full list of policies for 2013 holiday and special event periods. Within 72 hours of your reservation, Old Santa Fe Inn reserves the right to retain your initial one-night deposit. After check in, an early departure fee of $20 will be charged for every night you cancel.

LATE CHECKOUT POLICY:

Our daily checkout time is 11 am. You may request a later checkout at any time during your stay by contacting our full service concierge desk. Late checkout requests are not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

PET POLICY:

Your pet is welcome at Old Santa Fe Inn and we request that you ask for a pet-friendly room when you make your reservation. There is a $20 non-refundable deposit for every night of your visit, but no charge for service dogs. Please keep your pet leashed or crated during maid service and our housekeeping staff reserves the right not to clean your room if your pet is loose. You assume all responsibility for your pet during your visit, including damage to rooms and common areas, as well as any injuries caused by your animal to other guests of the hotel.

ROLLAWAY AND CRIB RENTAL:

Please request rollaway beds or cribs when you book your reservation. There is $10 per night rental fee for rollaway beds. Cribs are complimentary.
